Taxes and import duties
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international duties, import taxes and related handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Changing your address
Contact us immediately if the delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after the order has been dispatched.
Delayed or missing parcel
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel appears lost, email service@sexdollpro.com with your order number.
