Secure and flexible payment options

Choose from major cards and supported digital wallets at checkout. Available options are shown before you place your order.

Payment availability may vary by country, device, browser, order and payment-provider eligibility. The options displayed at checkout are the options currently available for your order.

Credit and debit cards

Enter your card details and billing address at checkout. The billing information should match the records held by your card issuer. Your bank may request an additional security check, such as 3D Secure verification.

PayPal

If PayPal is available, you may be redirected to PayPal to review and authorize the transaction. Any guest card-payment option is determined by PayPal and may not be available for every customer or order.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Supported wallets appear only on compatible devices, browsers and regions. Review the contact, shipping and payment information shown in your wallet before confirming the purchase.

Shop Pay

Eligible customers may use Shop Pay for a faster Shopify checkout. Availability and any verification requirements are controlled by Shopify and are confirmed during checkout.

Using a discount code

  1. Enter the code in the discount or gift card field at checkout.
  2. Select Apply.
  3. Confirm that the discount and updated order total are visible before completing payment.
Please noteSome discounts have product, minimum-spend, customer or expiry conditions. Multiple codes may not be combined unless the checkout specifically allows it.

Payment security and privacy

Checkout information is encrypted and payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider you select. SexDollPro Shop does not receive or store your complete card number. Payment providers and banks may apply their own privacy, verification and fraud-prevention procedures.

Before paying, confirm that the address bar displays shop.sexdollpro.com or an expected Shopify or payment-provider checkout address.

If your payment is declined

  1. Check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address.
  2. Complete any verification request from your bank or wallet provider.
  3. Confirm that your card permits online and, where applicable, international purchases.
  4. Contact your card issuer if the payment is being blocked.
  5. Use another payment method shown at checkout.
Avoid repeated attemptsSubmitting the same declined payment many times in a short period may trigger additional fraud controls. If the problem continues, contact us before trying again.

Pending charges and order confirmation

A declined or interrupted checkout can sometimes leave a temporary authorization on your account. This is not always a completed charge and is normally released according to your bank's schedule.

Your order has entered our system when you receive an order confirmation with an order number. If you see a charge but have not received confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us with the email address used at checkout. Do not send complete card details by email.

Currency and conversion fees

Our store's base currency is USD. Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may convert the payment into another currency and may charge a foreign-transaction or conversion fee. Exchange rates and fees are controlled by the payment provider, not SexDollPro Shop.

Refund processing time

Once an eligible refund has been issued, it must still be processed by the payment provider and your bank. Typical timeframes are:

PayPalApproximately 1-3 business days after the refund is issued.
Credit or debit cardApproximately 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.
