Terms of service

1. Eligibility and age restriction

The Services and products offered through this website are intended only for adults. You may use the Services or place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your country, state, province, or region. By using the Services, you represent that you meet both requirements.

You must not purchase products for a minor or allow a minor to access products obtained from us. We may cancel an order or restrict access where we reasonably believe that an age requirement has not been met.

2. Account and information accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, and hand-finishing may cause reasonable differences in color or appearance. Measurements and weights may also have reasonable tolerances. These differences do not limit any rights you may have where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable law.

Product availability, specifications, packaging, and included accessories may change. We may correct genuine typographical errors or inaccuracies, but we will not make a material substitution without your consent where consent is required by law.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement only confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we accepted it. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation indicating acceptance, begin fulfilment, or dispatch the product, whichever occurs first under applicable law.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, age or identity concerns, delivery restrictions, or legal and compliance requirements. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will return the amount paid for the cancelled item using the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

We may limit quantities sold to one person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, resale abuse, or inventory disruption.

5. Prices, currency, taxes, and import charges

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United States dollars. Currency conversions shown by a browser, payment provider, or localisation feature may be estimates, and your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fee.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other charges will be shown during checkout when they are collected by us. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges that are not collected at checkout. Where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase, those charges are the customer's responsibility. See our Delivery Policy for more information.

6. Payment and fraud prevention

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers, and their terms may also apply. We may perform reasonable verification and fraud-prevention checks and may request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order.

Do not send us a complete payment-card number or card security code by email. More information is available in our Payment Methods page.

7. Customised and made-to-order products

Some products are manufactured, configured, or personalised to the options selected by the customer. Product pages will identify relevant custom options where applicable. Once production or customisation has begun, we may be unable to accept a change-of-mind cancellation or return to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section does not remove rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the agreed specification.

8. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may be affected by product preparation, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, public holidays, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment or dispatch begins.

Risk of loss passes at the time required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by such law. Full delivery information is provided in our Delivery Policy.

9. Local laws and import restrictions

Products available on the website may not be lawful or permitted for import in every destination. Before ordering, you are responsible for checking age restrictions, import restrictions, and other laws that apply in the delivery destination. We may decline to ship to a destination where we reasonably believe fulfilment would violate law or carrier requirements.

This section does not excuse us from obligations that applicable law places on sellers, exporters, or product suppliers.

10. Returns, withdrawal rights, and refunds

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, whether a hygiene seal has been broken, whether it was customised, the reason for return, and the law applicable to the purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the request process.

Where applicable law provides a cooling-off or withdrawal period, including for eligible distance purchases by consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom, we will honour that right. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.

A hygiene or custom-product exception does not remove remedies available for an item that is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory legal guarantee or other non-waivable consumer right.

11. Product use, care, and safety

Read and follow all product instructions, warnings, cleaning guidance, storage guidance, and compatibility information. Use products only for their intended lawful purpose. Stop using a product if it is damaged, causes unexpected pain or irritation, or appears unsafe.

Product information provided through the Services is general information and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, allergy, sensitivity, injury, implanted medical device, or other concern, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

12. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services or products:

• for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative purpose;
• in connection with minors or content involving minors;
• to violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• to transmit malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts it, or interfere with security features;
• to submit false information, impersonate another person, or conduct payment fraud; or
• to resell products in violation of applicable law or after removing required safety information.

We may suspend access, cancel affected orders, or cooperate with lawful authorities in response to a violation.

13. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to SexDollPro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other right or licence is granted unless we agree in writing.

14. Reviews, feedback, and user content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, explicit beyond the context reasonably expected for our products, infringes rights, contains personal data, or violates these Terms. We do not promise to publish every submission.

15. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party providers, including payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and social platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all third-party content.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Services.

17. Shopify platform

Our store is hosted using Shopify's commerce platform. Purchases from this store are transactions between you and the operator of SexDollPro, not between you and Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for our products, fulfilment, customer service, or these Terms, except to the extent separately stated in Shopify's own terms.

18. Availability of the Services

We aim to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. This does not affect obligations relating to orders already accepted or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Disclaimers and statutory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, on the relevant product page, or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, legal guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, exclusions in these Terms do not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SexDollPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, product liability that cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

21. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to reimburse SexDollPro for reasonable losses and costs resulting from your unlawful commercial use of the Services, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use in a way that would unlawfully reduce mandatory consumer rights.

22. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination--including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, liability rules, and dispute provisions--will remain effective.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SexDollPro, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer's country, state, province, or region of residence.

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern informally. If it cannot be resolved, a dispute may be submitted to a court or dispute-resolution body that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive access to a court or forum that applicable law makes available.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. Continuing to use the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

25. General provisions

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from us, except for additional terms expressly agreed for a specific order.
